MASStudio, founded in Milan in 2005, is today a design team consisting of four architect-designers with distinct backgrounds and skills and one environmental engineer.

MASStudio has experience in the full realm of the architectural process, being able to cover all phases of urban, architectural and interior design, landscape architecture, environmental engineering, custom design furnishings, and graphics on a worldwide bases. MASStudio addresses each project, no matter the size, with the specific objective to develop its potential in terms of contribution to social, environmental and economic feasibility. The beauty of places and landscapes and the interaction between modes of use and consistency of physical places play a strategic role.
Teaching activities are a vital part of MASStudio, three of its members are currently involved in different Urban Design and Architectural Design studio courses at Politecnico di Milano. It is considered an essence of the professional makeup of the office as it not only allows for a constant growth and renewal of theories and practices but also offers many opportunities for direct confrontation within the professional field.

MASStudio is at the center of a consultancy network that includes expertise in all types of architectural and urban design, engineering, light design, acoustic design, hydro-geological investigations, land reclamation, architectural barriers, project financing and analysis-research publications. Each project is followed by a specific team of Italian and international professionals defined according to the type, the scale, and the specific characteristics of the intervention.
